TRAVEL & PARKING
If required to travel, a fee will be charged depending on the location. Please note: I require a minimum of three people per location booking (Exceptions can be made for bridal and elopements)
If the location does not provide a parking space, parking costs must be covered on the day (e.g. hotel parking and meter parking)
BRIDAL BOOKINGS
To secure your bridal booking, a $400 non-refundable booking fee is required. Please ensure the payment is made within 5 days of receiving the invoice as the time slot can only be held for that duration. Your booking will be secured once your deposit has been received.
GROUP BOOKINGS
To secure your group booking, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. Please ensure the payment is made within 5 days of receiving the invoice as the time slot can only be held for that duration. Your booking will be secured once your deposit has been received.
EVENTS & LESSONS
To secure your booking, a $100 non-refundable booking fee is required. Please ensure the payment is made within 5 days of receiving the invoice as the time slot can only be held for that duration. Your booking will be secured once your deposit has been received.
PAYMENTS & FEES
The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to event or via bank transfer or cash before commencing the service.
Public holiday bookings incur a $20 per person surcharge.
Early morning service bookings prior to 8 am may incur a fee of $30 per hour.
Price is inclusive of False lashes.
Pricing is a guide and subject to change at Natasha Sana’s discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of your booking will forfeit the booking fee.
For cancellations with less than 6 weeks notice, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover the loss of other clients turned away for the same date.
BOOKING CHANGES
If someone decides to pull out of the booking after paying the booking fee, the total amount quoted will remain the same and still needs to be paid for in full, you have the option to replace them with someone else.
If you decide to add extra people to the original booking, this may be accepted if there is enough time to fit them in.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late to your appointment, we may need to shorten the length of your appointment or change the Service you have booked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may, at our absolute discretion cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
NO SHOWS
If you do not attend your booked appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will be withheld. The remaining amount of your booking is to be paid or you will not be booked in again.
IMAGES
Client(s) agree that any photographs/images or videos taken of the client may be used for portfolio, website or any promotions unless requested not to be.
COVID -19
If you or a member of your party is unwell or has been in contact with anyone who is unwell or has COVID -19 symptoms, your booking must be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you appear unwell at your appointment, Natasha has the right to cancel the appointment and full payment must be made for time lost.
If your event has been cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, your deposit is transferable and can be put towards another appointment.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
Please notify me prior to your booking if you have any allergies or skin conditions.
Please mention any contagious sicknesses/infections or skin conditions such as conjunctivitis, cold sore etc. prior to your appointment.
Makeup applications will not be performed while these conditions are present due to the high risk of infection being passed on to my other clients.
It is the clients responsibility to notify me of any of these conditions, sensitivities or allergies, Natasha Sana will not fall responsible for any reactions that are unlikely to occur.
PREPARATION
Please be prepared with images of your inspiring your makeup look.
Please come with a cleansed face & apply your usual skincare on the morning of your appointment.
Having a lash lift prior to your appointment is not recommended since if your lashes are too lifted false lashes cannot be applied.
If you have lash extensions please make sure they are thoroughly cleaned before your appointment.
Feel free to also bring along lipsticks you may want to use.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected by Natasha will not be given to any other third parties without consent of the client.
If you choose to withhold any information requested by myself or any other artists that may be assisting on jobs, services can be denied.
